*If you're applying for transfer as a part-time day, evening, or online degree-completion student, visit the Graduate & Continuing Education Office.  Note: that Westfield State University is not accepting transfer applications for the traditional undergraduate BS in Nursing however, licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) who've earned an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may apply for admission to the RN-to-BSN bachelor degree-completion program exclusively through the College of Graduate & Continuing Education.

What do I need to apply?

I am or will be a Massachusetts Community College graduate

  • Application (It’s free! You will be given a waiver code in your application.)
  • Official transcripts for all colleges or universities you’ve attended
  • A list of your current course schedule, including course number, title, and credits

Optional Items include:

  • College Essay
  • Letters of Recommendation

Fall Semester Admission
MassTransfer priority filing date: February 15
Transfer application filing deadline: March 1

Spring Semester Admission
MassTransfer priority filing date: October 15- extended to December 1
Transfer application filing deadline: November 15- extended to December 1
